Jovian Lam, PhD
Hello! I am Dr. Jovian Lam (she/her). I am a clinical neuropsychologist who specializes in the brain-behavior relationship.
I have a vast understanding of how our thoughts, emotions, and habits are interconnected, and how these patterns show up across various conditions, such as anxiety, depression, and life stressors. I am passionate about helping my clients understand their own brain-behavior relationship and develop habits that ultimately support meaningful change and inner resiliency.
I also have a deep respect and appreciation for the way our past experiences shape how we understand ourselves and the world around us. As an Asian American woman, I understand how important it is to have a safe, supportive space to process these experiences. My hope is to offer that space to my clients - a place where you feel truly heard and understood.
